摘要
本文检测了38例自身免疫病患者红细胞超氧化物歧化酶活性(Ery-SODA),全血谷脱甘肽过氧化物醇(GSH-Px)活性及血浆丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果表明;与正常对照组比较,自身免疫病组Ery-SODA显著下降,GSH-Px活性和MDA含量明显升高。血瘀证组与非血瘀证组比较,GSH-Px活性升高具有显著意义,(P<0.01),而Ery-SODA降低和MDA升高经统计学处理无显著意义(P>0.05)。提示自身免疫病的发生、发展与自由基损伤有密切关系,并且血瘀证患者自由基损伤程度更加严重。
Author determined malondialdehyde(MDA) contents in plasma,orythrocyte superoxide dismutase activities(Ery-SODA) and blood glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) activities for 38 cases of autoimmune disease(AID).The results showed thatEry-SODA in AID group and Blood Stasis Syndrome(BSS)group significantly decrease andGSH-Px activities and MDA Conents markedly increase compared with healthy controlgroup They also showed that GSH-Px activities markedly increase and the decrease ofEry-SODA and the increase of MDA contents in BSS group have no statistical significancecompared with Non-Blood Stasis Syndrome group.All above suggested that free radicals in-ury may participate in the occurrence of AID and BSS of AID.
