摘要
扫描电镜动态拉伸试验发现,马氏体状态的CuZnAl形状记忆合金断裂之前经受了强烈的变形,裂纹于马氏体界面萌生和扩展,原母相晶界对裂纹的扩展起阻止作用,断裂后呈现微孔集聚型塑性断口。
A dynamic tensile test was made of the martensitic CuZnAl alloy using a tensile device attached in the scanning electron microscope.It is found that appreciable amount of shear deformation occured prior to fracture and that the cracks,which are resposiblb for the fracture,nucleated at,and propagated along the interfaces between the martensite laths.In addition,the prior parent grain boundaries serve as a barrier to the crack propagation; and the fraCture surface exhibites a dimpled ductile feature typical of the void coalescence.
