摘要
为了观察微波对离体细胞的急性损伤效应,本文对微波辐射条件作了选择,用较高强度的微波(2450MHz,16~20mw/cm2)辐射离体人红细胞30分钟,结果表明红细胞溶血度和渗透脆性显著增高。而且在扫描电镜视野内,红细胞正常形态发生明显变化,且上述微波效应随辐射强度增大而增大。本文还以水浴加热组作对照,结果进一步显示微波对红细胞的生物学效应显著地大于常规水浴加热对样品产生的热损伤效应,这提示微波的表现热效应不等同于常规的热效应,可能是一种综合效应。
After microwave(2450 MHz, 16-20 mv/ cm2) is used to irradiate the human erythrocyes in vitro for 30 min, the erythrocytes show the pronounced hemolysis and osmotic fragility. Considerable morphological variations of erythrocytes under the scope of scan electron microscope. The higher the microwave intensities, the greater the above effcts on erythrocytes. In comparison with the water-bath heated controls, the results demonstrate that the effects of microwave on the erythrocytes are significantly grester than those of the temperature controls. it indicated that the apperently thermal effects of microwave are not equal to the conventional theraml effects.
