摘要
采用三维有限元法，探讨正畸治疗中，尖牙远中移动时牙周膜中应力分布状况和牙移动趋势。结果发现，颌内、颌间牵引力同时作用于尖牙后，其颈缘牙周膜中应力分布很小，根尖无明显应力集中现象，应力主要集中于牙根中部。尖牙的移动趋势接近于向远中、向 方的整体移动。
Abstract The purpose of this study was to investigate the relations between the displacement and stress of periodontal ligament.The results indicated when intraarch and class Ⅱ elastic was applied. Stress was less in the cervical margin and apical. These results are discussed in the light of know clinical experience and compared with the stresses produced in the periodontal ligament by other orthodentic force.The findings would suggest that even with orthodontics mechanics it would be possible to obtain canine movement by pure translation.
