摘要
针对电液比例方向阀特有的交流量死区特性,本文提出了一种基于数字控制的变死区自学习补偿方法。试验表明,该方法较大地提高了电液比例定位系统的定位精度、抗干扰能力和稳定性,并有良好的实时性。拓宽了电液比例定位系统在高精度定位领域的应用范围。
In this paper,a self-learning control stratage based on digital control is pat forward to compensate the variable dead-area of eleotrohydraulic proportional direction valve.Experiments show that the positioning accuracy together with the anti-disturbance ability and steadiness of the electro-hydraulic proportieonal positioning system is advanced considerably. Being able to be used in real-time control system, the applicabilify of electro-hydraulic proportional system is widened in the area of high-accurate positioning.
