摘要
分析了1000J对击式液压锤打击过程。通过建立数学模型和利用计算机数字仿真,求出了打击过程中上、下锤头位移、速度和联通油压变化规律,并与实验结果进行了比较和分析。
The blow process of anvil-less hydraulic hammer is analyzed. The mathematical models are formed theoretically, and the digital simulation is performed by means of computer. The displacement and the velocities of two tups and the fluid pressure in cylinders are obtained by means of simulation. The analysis and the research are performed by the comparison with the result of experiment.
