摘要
血卟啉衍生物(HpD)被肿瘤细胞吸收后,在长波紫外光(UVA)辐照下,可以引发光动力杀伤肿瘤细胞效应。抽取白血病人静脉血,抗凝并加入HpD,于充氧和流动状况下辐照UVA,然后回输给病人,此即紫外光动力疗法(UVPDT)。应用UVPDT合并化疗试治了10例曾经化疗未缓解或无效的晚期急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL患者),其中CRI例,PR7例,NR2例。近期疗效达80%。提示UVPDT不仅本身可以杀伤场细胞外,且能增强化疗作用。临床疗效和机理皆需进一步研究验证。
It is well documented that HpD is preferentially retained by malignant cells,a series of photody-namic reaction takes place and the cytotoxic singlet oxygen is elicited,therefore the tumor cells are distroyed.An amount of blood taken from ALL-patient together with HpD and oxygen was irradiated by UVA-light.This method is called UVA-photodynamic Therapy(UVPDT).Ten patients with advanced acute lymphocytic leukmia(ALL)were treated by UVPDT combined with conventional chemotherapy.The result showed that one patient was in complete remission(CR),seven were in partial remission(PR)and two had no response(NR).No significant side effect was observed in the period of treatment.
