This paper discusses the development and application of the 3-D geometric modeling theories in the field of CAD/CAM and gives an introduction of the three milestones in the development line frame modeling, Chamber modeling and entity modeling, while emphasizing on the theory and technique of fuzzy entity modeling in terms of particle coordinates and fluid coordinates.
