摘要
本文研究装配活动内在的局部性、层次性及其在装配件几何联接图上的表现,引入了同联接图相关的一组概念平表示装配模型。数据结构由三个部分组成,分别表达了零件之间的装配关系,装配关系之间的主从属性和零件的分组与层次性,极大地降低了装配求解的复杂性。
This paper investigates the intrinsic nature of assembling, and proposes a representation scheme for assemblies. The data structure consists of MAG, VLRT and CHT,which store the generalized mating graph,virtual link relation tree and component hierarchy tree,respectively. Being congruous with the characteristics of assembling,this scheme structrue is expected to improve the efficiency of position inference, to capture and represent design intent better and to facilitate model editing.
