摘要
本文介绍了采用金属—砂复合型铸造的矿山用屈氏体高铭多元合金铸铁磨球的化学成分设计、金相组织及力学性能等特点。试验结果表明,这种磨球适合在冲蚀条件下研磨高硬度的各种金属矿石物料,显示了性能优良、耐磨、破碎率低等优点。
Abstract The paper describes the chemical composition design,metallographic structure and mechanical properties of troostite high chromium multi-element alloy cast iron grinding balls of mine use which are produced with the metal-sand composite casting technology.The test results have showed that these balls are suitable to grind various metal ores with high hardness under compact and corrosion conditions and demonstrated their advantages of good performances,high wear resistance and low breakage.
