摘要
介绍了对人工合成的β-型沸石催化剂与其它沸石催化剂和非沸石型催化剂进行评比的结果,表明β-型沸石是由丙烯(或丙丙馏分)经一步催化水合联产异丙醇(IPA)和二异丙醚(DIPE)的优良催化剂。阐述了该催化剂的结构、性能与催化活性的关系。综述了合成工艺和产品IPA、DIPE的分离和精制。IPA-DIPE混合物是汽油的有效增辛剂。
The evaluation among the β-zeolite catalyst, other zeolite catalysts and non-zeolite catalysts were introduced. The results showed that the β-zeolite catalyst is better than others for the coproduction of isopropyl alcohol (IPA) and diiso-propyl ether (DIPE) by one-step catalyic hydration of propylene (or PP fraction) . The relationship between the structure, properties and catalytic activities of said catalyst were further introduced. The synthetic process and the sepa- ration, purification of IPA-DIPE mixture, IPA, D1PE were reviewed. IPA-DIPE mixture is a favourable octane promoter for gasoline.
