从废弃烤烟中分离纯的茄尼醇，利用正相（吸附）高压液相色谱分离及定量测定云南８种废弃烤烟中的游离茄尼醇的含量。
The pure solanesol can be separated from discarded tobacco. Straight-phase (adsorption)High-Pressure Liquid Chromatography(HPLC)is used for separation a nd quantitative determi nation of the free solanesol from 8 kinds of discarded flue-cured tobacco i n Yun Nan Provi nce.
