The changing of activity of peroxidase isoenzymes in Crataegus
pinnatifidavar.majer infection by witches'broom agent(MLO)was studied.The result showedthat
the activities of peroxidase isozymes in the diseased plants were weaker than those of
thehealthy plants,and the site of enzyme bands is different.The changing of the activity of
per-oxidase isozyme in the diseased gradations is contrary to the degree of diseased
symptom,theheavier the diseased symptom,the weaker the enzyme activity.
