摘要
２８例有外伤史的肝豆状核变性（ＨＬＤ）中，１７例症状前期的ＨＬＤ在外伤后显化，其中于外伤后１月内发病者约７０％；８例于外伤后４天原有脑症状急剧加重，３例在外伤后因立即予以强力驱铜治疗，病情未加重。不论外伤部位和程度如何都可使脑症状显化或加重。因此，ＨＬＤ应尽量避免各种外伤，一旦发生外伤需及时予以强力驱铜治疗。
AbstractTwenty-eight post-traumatic patients with hepatolenticular degeneration(HLD)are anal-ysed.In 17 cases with presymptomatic HLD,brain disturbances have supervened following trau-ma,and about 70% of them presented with symptoms of brain within one month. In 11 HLD cas-es who had already manifested brain disorder before trauma,conditions rapidly deteriorated in 8 within four days,conditions didn’t become worse in 3 owing to immediate combining therapy of powerful cupruretic agents after trauma. Trauma of ahy part of the body and of any degree can lead to supervention or deterioration of brain disturbances,therefore it is suggested that HLD pa-tients should be protected from any kind of trauma as far as possible. Once traumatized,they must be in time treated with powerful anti-copper agents.
