摘要
本文简述了煤炭地下气化技术的发展概况及地下气化原理,指出了传统地下气化工艺存在的问题,提出了长通道、大断面、两阶段地下气化新工艺(LongTunnelLargeSectionTwoStageUndergroundCoalGasificationProcess),并论述了该工艺的可行性及在我国的发展前景。室内模拟试验表明,新工艺生产的煤气,氢和甲烷含量高、煤气热值高、可控性好、成本低。因此,该工艺必将会成为我国主要推广的工艺之一。该工艺特别适用于报废矿井,或矿井报废水平的资源回收。
The development of common underground coal gasification pro-cess and its principle and disadvantages have been simply reviewed in this paper.A new technology-Long Section and Two Stage Underground Coal Gasification Process,is introduced and both its feasibility and development future in the country is introduced.A laboratory simulated test has shown that hydrogen and methane content in the gas produced by the technology is more and calorific value of the gas is greater.Also, controllability of the process is fine and operating cost is lower.This technology may especially be applied to recovery of the mineral resources in and around the worthless mines.
