北京首都机场将在2005年以后进入终端饱和阶段,考虑到建设大型国际门户机场,工程的前期论证及建设需要一个较长的周期,及早提出北京第二国际机场场址的定向意见,对预选场址进行规划上的保护,以确保预选场址届时能完好地提供使用。
By the year 2005 Beijing Capital airport will be saturated for its capacity. The author proposes a projet of building the 2nd Beijing International Airport after his investigation.
