摘要
将紫草细胞接种在添加0.2%表面活性剂Tween20紫草素生产培养基中,并于25℃黑暗条件下振荡培养,结果发现:表面活性剂Tween20可明显提高细胞向胞外分泌紫草素的能力,其分泌量比未加Tween20细胞提高30.52%,紫草素产量高达37.82%,比对照提高119.88%。同时试验也研究了表面活性剂对紫草素生物合成过程中培养液内蔗糖和pH值变化的影响。
L.erythrorhlzon L.cells were shake-cultured in shikonin production medium containing0.2% surfactant Tween 20 in the dark at 25℃.The results indicated that the amount of secretedshikonin was increased by 30.35% in comp4rison with that of the culture cells without additive of surfactant.The shikonin content was up to 37.82%,increased by 119.80% as compared to that in thereference.In addition,the changes of sucrose level and pH value were discussed in to the process ofshikonin biosynthesis.
