摘要 对花生壳的组成进行了较为系统的研究,为花生壳部分替代苯酚作木材胶粘剂的原料提供理论依据。花生壳的主要成分是木素、纤维素和半纤维素,与其他植物相比,热水抽提物含量少,木素含量较高。花生壳综纤维素组成以葡萄糖、木糖为主,还含有少量的鼠李糖,己糖/戊糖=3.4/1。木素属于G、H、S型,而S很少。花生壳木素的分子量较小,主要分布在10 ̄3~10 ̄4范围内,适于制胶。 in this paper, Constituents of the peanut hulls were systematically studied for proving a theoreticalbasis in utilizing peanut hulls as raw materials for wood adhesives. The results show that themain constituents of peanut hulls are lignin, cellulos and hemicellulose.Compared with the other plants,the content of hot water extractives is low, while the lignin content is high. The main holocelluloseconstituents are glucose and xylose,accompanied by the small amount of rhammrse, at a hexose:pentose ratio 3. 4:1.The type of lignin belongs to GHS,while S is unsignificant.The moleculeweight of lignin is quite low ranging mainly from 10 ̄3 to 10 ̄4,favourable to the preparation of adhesives.
