摘要
用１０头大约克×二花脸杂种猪（实验１）和１６头长白×大约克杂种猪（实验２）分别研究口服ＣＳ（８７）（生长抑素抑制剂）对猪生产性能和血浆生长抑素（ＳＳ）、生长激素（ＧＨ）水平的影响。实验１和２的猪均按性别、体重、遗传基础配对，分为实验、对照两组。实验期分别为３２和３０ｄ。在实验１和２口服ＣＳ（８７）组平均日增重分别提高１２．７０％（Ｐ＜０．０５）和５．７３％（Ｐ＜０．０５）；饲料转化效率提高１０．５４％和６．６７％；血浆ＳＳ水平降低６６．８０％（Ｐ＜０．０５）和２５．９３％（Ｐ＜０．０１）；血浆脲氮含量降低３．６７％和１３．１７％。实验２ＣＳ（８７）组猪血浆ＧＨ平均升高８４．８７％（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结果表明，ＣＳ（８７）可通过降低血浆ＳＳ水平影响猪血浆ＧＨ水平和体内氮代谢，加速猪的生长。
Ten Large White × Erhualian pigs (Exp 1 ) and 16 Landrace× Large White pigs (Exp 2) were used toevaluate the effects of CS87 (inhibitor of somatostatin) on performance and plasma somatostatin (SS) and growth hormone (GH) level. Pigs were alloted by weight, sex and genetic characteristics to two groups in both experiments. InExp 1 and 2 the treatment group fed CS87 weekly at a dose of 70 and 80 mg/kg body weight respectively. CS87improved average daily gain 12. 70% (P< 0. 05) and 5. 73% (P< 0. 05 ) respectively while decreased feed/gnin10. 54 % and 6. 67% respectively. By the end of the study, pigs fed CS87 had 66. 80% (Exp 1) and 25. 93% (Exp2) less plasma SS and 3. 67% (Exp 1 ) and 13. 17 % (Exp 2) less plasma urea nitrogen than pigs fed the control diets, while in Exp 2 pigs administered with CS87 had 84. 87 % (P<0. 05) higher GH level. These results suggested that70-80 mg/kg BW of CS87 per week improved the performance of pigs by decreasing plasma SS level and increasingplasma GH level.
