摘要
江西万安水电站坝基防渗处理,采用垂直式防渗灌浆帷幕。为解决坝基基岩细微裂隙和断层影响带裂隙密集区的灌浆问题,特研制具有高穿透性的灌浆材料。研究发现丙烯酸钙和丙烯酸镁混合溶液是一种良好的化学灌浆材料。它具有高穿透性、凝胶抗挤出能力强等性能,与丙烯酰胺化学灌浆材料性能基本类似,但其毒性却低得多。已在该工程的船闸和厂房的帷幕灌浆和船闸温度伸缩缝止水堵漏中应用,效果良好。
the vertical grout curtain is used as one of the seepage-proof measures for the dam foundation at the Wan'an project in Jiangxi province.Development of a new grout material with high infiltrating capability is required to meet the needs for the foundation grouting at micro fissures and densely fissured fault zones.Through studies,the mixed solution consisting of the calcium acrylate and the magnesium acrylate is proved and recommended as a good material for grouting. This material has high infiltration nature,and its gel has hish capability against squeezing out.It is basically similar in behaviours for grouting to the acrylamide,but the former's poison is much less than that of the latter.This material has been used for curtain grouting at the Wan'an shiplock and power plant and for leakage stoppage at the temperature joint of the Wan'an shiplock.
