摘要
研究了非平衡态原始组织及亚温淬火温度对渗扩氮后的30CrMnSiA钢的显微硬度分布曲线的影响规律.分析了非平衡态原始组织渗扩氮时亚温淬火温度对含氮针状双相组织αa+γa分布的影响。氮浓度分布曲线与渗扩氮规律相符.
The regular effect of intercritical quenching temperature on microhardness distribution cries of steel30CrMnSiA after prenitriding and diffusion of nitrogen atoms at intercritical temperature for nonequilbrium primarystucture was studied.The effect of intercritical quenching temperature on distribution of acicular dual-phase structure (α+γ) containing nitrogen has been studied too. The distribution curues of nitrogen concentration accord withlow of prenitriding and dliffusion of nitrogen atoms at intercritical temperature.
