Analysis of Ten Trichothecene Mycotoxins in Blood by GasChromatography and Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry(GC-MS)

摘要 本文建立了人血中十种单端孢霉烯族毒素的气相色谱(电子捕获检测器)和气相色谱-质谱(气质)联用分析法。该法采用乙酸乙酯萃取血中毒素后,将萃取液浓缩至干,用七氟丁酰咪唑衍生化,用气相色谱和色/质联用分析测定。方法的最低检出限为1~10ng/mL血,回收率为60.8~101.1%。 method for the simultaneous detection of ten trichothecene mycotoxins in human blood by GC and GC-MS is described. Trichothecenes in blood were extracted with ethyl acetate.The extracts were evaporated todryness using a rotary evaporator.The residues were derivatized with N-heptafluorobutyrylimidazole. Detectionlimits on blood sample were in the range 1~ 10ppb. The recoveries of the trichothecenes in the concentration of100ng/mL blood were 60.8~101.1%. The heptafluorobutyryl derivatives in blood were identified by GC-MS.
