摘要
本文从灾害、农村灾害系统的涵义及其特征入手,阐述了农村灾害经济问题研究的基本原理。在此基础上,指出创建农村灾害经济学具有客观必然性。文章对农村灾害经济学的研究对象、研究内容等问题作了比较深入的研究,尤其是对农村灾害经济学的学科性质及学科体系方面进行了有益的深讨。
The paper expoumded the essential principle for the study of the problem of rural catastrlphe economics, starting with the definition and special feature of catastrophe and rural catastrophe system. Based on the, pointed out that it is necessary to establish rural catastrophe economics. And discussed the study object and content of rural catastrophe system, particularly probed into the subject quality and subject system of rural catastrophe economics.
