摘要
引用广义对数方程描述了两次恒流补料分批培养的全过程。结果表明:过程模拟的好坏很大程度上取决于模拟精度的选择;微生物比生长速度μ及限制底物比消耗速度q与微生物细胞中核糖核酸的含量存在某种定量关系。
The whole of fed-batch with two constant flow is discribed with success by means of a generalized logistic equation. The reseach results shown that (1) whether the simulations of the process is good enough depends to cosiderable degree on the selection of simulated accuracy: (2) there are some quantitative relations between the specific growth rate of microbe u and the specific substrate consumption rate q, and the content of RNA in microbial cells.
