摘要
本文测定了两种原油在不同化学驱配方下的油/水动态界面张力变化。通过一系列驱油效率实验,研究了动态界面张力最低值,稳态值,油、水相粘度的变化对驱油效率的影响。实验结果表明:动态界面张力平衡值的大小控制岩心驱替过程化学驱段塞提高采收率的能力。如果仅仅动态界面张力最低值达到超低(10-3mN/m),将难以获得高的采收率。在含有聚合物的复合驱中,由于协同效应的存在,启动残余油所需的界面张力值不必要达到10-3mN/m。聚合物可以展宽复合驱配方筛选的范围。根据实验结果对驱油机理进行了进一步的探讨。
Dynamic inter facial tension behaviour has been identified in different formulations of chemical flooding using two kinds of crude oil in this paper. Through eight linear corefloods (artificial sandstone cores), the effects of minimum and equilibrium values of dynamic interfacial tension, viscosity of oil and aqueous phases on displacement efficiency were studied. The mechanisms of oil displacement are discussed according to the result of experiments. Equilibrium dynamic IFT value controls the capability of chemical flooding slug to enhance oil recovery in coreflood process. It is difficult to get high oil recovery if only minimum dynamic IFT is ultralow (10-3mN/m). It is unnecessary for the IFT value needed to mobilize oil ganglia to reach 10-3mN/m in combining flooding containing polymer because synergetic effect occurs.Polymer could widen the range of the formulation in combining flooding.
