摘要
根据肾阴不足、水不涵木、肝风内动之论,认为肾阴不足而导致肝阳偏亢是发生中风先兆症的主因,提出以滋阴补肾法为主治疗中风先兆症是治本之法.选用杞菊地黄汤加味治疗中风先兆症42例,临床治愈25例,好转14例,总有效率为92,86%.
AbstractBased on the theory of liver-wind stirringinside due to renal water fail to nourish wood,the main reason of aural apoplexy should be con-sidered that deficiency of kidney Yin bringsabout the hyperactivity of liver Yang. Therefore,the way of nourishing Yin of kidney can be usedto treat the fundamental of this disease.The Yin-tonics prescription 'Modified De-coction of Rehmannia' being used treated 42cases. The cure is 25, the improvement 14 andthe total efficiency 92. 86 %.
