摘要
本文对无性繁殖在林木遗传改良中的地位及其主要优缺点作了评述。尤其对针叶树在混合无性繁殖条件下遗传结构的改变及其后果作了讨论，并提出无性繁殖中的问题和应采取的对策。
Abstract Vegetative reproduction is an important Dart in the senetical improvement offorest trees. Its practical uses are :establishment of clone collection centers or breedinggardens ,and preservation of gene resources ;(1)Establishment of clone seed orchard orsuperior clone nursery; (2)Construction of productive plantations with vesetative repro-ductive population of fine clones of fine cross combinations. On the basis of experimentsand researches , the author thinks that there is latent danger in the present cultivation ofgreat quantity of cuttings by bulk reproduction with the fine families ,good provenancesand fine cross combinations mixed together without discriniination between families andindividuals or buld reproduction with several clones mixed together ,by reliance only oncross combinations with matermls from the senetical test cross stands of soodprovenances. He avers that when using the technique of vegetative reproduction, onemust observe the followins principles : (1 )The material used for reproduction must befine senotypes ,with experimental data as a basis , (2)The materials must be young inage ,(3)The species which vesetative reproduction is made must be that for which it isdifficult to gather the seed for that in seedling reproduction it is difficult to maintain itsoriginal excellent characters .
