摘要
用气相色谱法测定鳀鱼鱼油中EPA、DHA的含量,鱼油PUFA用0.5mol/LNaOH-甲醇液皂化,BF_3-甲醇酯化成脂肪酸甲酯,进行气相色谱测定。内标物用TSA-M。模拟试验5份平均回收率EPA-M为89.86%,DHA-M为89.78%。变异系数EPA-M为0.80%,DHA-M为0.64%。表明本法简便、快速、重现性好。
In this paper the method of gas chromatographic (GC) analysis for eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) in the anchovy oil was reported. The polyunsaturated fatty acids(PUFA)in the fish oil were saponified with 0. 5 mol/L NaOH-CH3OH, and esterified with BF3-CH3OH for GC analysis. The quantity was determined by internal standard method with TSA-M as a reference. In five determinations, the average rate of reclamation for EPA-M and DHA-M was 89. 86%, 89. 78% respectively. The variation coefficient for EPA-M was 0. 80%, and for DHA-M was 0. 64%. The proposed method is simple, rapid and reproducible.
