抽水蓄能电站水库设计特点及在天荒坪工程中的体现

摘要 抽水蓄能电站上、下水库的水工设计要考虑蓄能电站的运行特点,即:库水位变化频繁、升降急骤、幅度大;防渗要求高;泄洪时的天然洪水与发电流量组合问题。天荒坪电站上水库因地制宜采用了沥青混凝土防渗护面并优化了设计;下水库钢筋混凝土面板堆石坝的结构设计也采取了一些特殊措施,体现了抽水蓄能电站水库设计的特点。 The upper and lower reservoirs of a pumped storage saution are characterized by the frequent variation of the reservoir water level,sudden level fall and rise, large range of stage fluctuation,high demand for antiseepage, rational combination of natural fital release and discharge for power generation.All these features mentioned have to be considered in design.In designing the reservoirs of the Tianhuangping pumped storage saution,the bituminous concrete impervious facing was used for the upper reservoir and some special measures were adopted in the structural design of the RC-faced rockfill dam of the lower reservoir.
