从含有大量Ag(Ⅰ)和Cu(Ⅱ)的HNO_3溶液中分离In(Ⅲ)的方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 利用二-(2-乙基已基)磷酸(HDEHP)、异丙醚和乙醚溶剂萃取In(Ⅲ),并测定了In(Ⅲ)在有机相和水相之间的分配比.In(Ⅲ)在HDEHP-HNO_3、HDEHP-HClO_4和异丙醚-HBr体系中的化学产额依次为95.2%,91.7%和89.2%,在1mL的InCl_3医用放射性核素制剂中,Cu,Fe和Ag杂素元素的含量依次不大于0.04μg,0.15μg和2.1μg。 The distribution ratioes of the In(Ⅲ )between organic and agueous phases in thesolvent extraction with Di-(2-ethyl hexyl)phosphoric acid( HDEHP),iso-propyl ether , and ethyl ether3re determined.The distribution ratioes of the In(Ⅲ)decreases as the acidity increases in the HDEHP-HNO_3 and HDEHP- HClO_4 system , respectively。 The distribution ratioes of the In(Ⅲ)increaes as theacidity increase in the iso- propyl ether- HBr and ethyl ether-HBr system , respectively,The distributionratioes of the In(Ⅲ) increases as the HDEHP concentration increase and decreases as In(Ⅲ)concentration increase.The distribution ratio of the In(Ⅲ)in order ofdecrease is HDEHP HNO_s,HDEHP- HClO_4 , iso-propyl ether-HBr and ethyl ether- HBr system。 The chemical yield of the In(Ⅲ)inthe HDEHP-HNO_3 , HDEHP-HClO_4 ,iso-propyl ether-HBr system are 95.2%, 91.7%and 89.2%,respectively, The impurities element in 1mL InCl_3 injection solution agent are Cu≤0. 045μg,Fe≤0. 17μg, Ag≤2. 10μ,respectively. This method have been used in the production of the ̄(111)In and got rathetgood result.
