摘要
本文报导了采用微波处理半干法由甲壳素脱乙酰制备壳聚糖。与传统方法相比,反应时间大大缩短,降低了生产成本。并讨论了影响壳聚糖脱乙酰度和粘度的因素,例如,反应时间,碱浓度,料比。在较适宜的条件下,7分钟内脱乙酰度可大于75%。
In this paper a semi-dry method with microwave treatment is described for the deacetylation of chitin to obtain chitosan.Compared with the traditional methods,the reaction time is reduced greatly and the cost of production is Lowered.The factors which affect the deacetylation degree of chitosan and the viscosity,e.g.reaction time,base concentration and food rate are discussed.Under the suitable conditions,the deacetylation degree is more than 75% for 7 minutes.
