有机阳离子钻井液在陕甘宁盆地天然气探井中的应用

摘要 本文论述了进一步提高陕甘宁盆地中部地区天然气探井钻井速度的基本技术思路,以及围绕该思路而研制的以有机阳离子粘土防膨剂为井壁稳定剂的有机阳离子钻井液体系的组成、工作原理和现场施工方法。该体系在该区3口井中应用,表现出极强的抑制效果,密度低、钻速快,有效地防止了井塌,保护了气层,实现了钻井液与完井液的统一。对该区不下技术套管的天然气探井用一种钻井液体系,进行不同的处理,可以达到提高钻速、防止井塌和保护气层三大目的。 To develop drilling rate of exploring gas in the middle district of Shanganning Basin,a drilling fluid system of organic cation, in which the organic cation claystone antiswelling agent is taken as stablizing agent,has already been worked out. The application of this system in 3 wells shows its good inhibiting effect, low density and high drilling rate. And this is helpful for the unity of well completion fluid with drilling fluid to prevent well slough and protect gas zone. In deep gas wells without intermediate casing, this system is dealt with differently to help improve drilling rate, prevent well slough and protect gas zone.
