摘要
结合检测经验,分析了局部放电量的检测和相关标准规定指标的意义,提出了局部放电量与XLPE绝缘 电缆线路其它主要性能相关性的论据,特别指出现有XLPE绝缘电缆线路局部放电量检测指标的规定只是对检测 系统的要求,完全受检测仪器技术的局限,只能保证XLPE电缆的最基本要求。为保证其长期性能(安全运行>30 年),在现有局部放电量检测指标下应无可分辨的局部放电。
This paper presents a viewpoint that at the present time, according to analysis of the level of partial discharge in the standard on XLPE insulation cable systems and experience of partial discharge test, the level of partial discharge in detecting XLPE insulation cable systems, is only a requirement for detector of partial discharge on account of limitation of detecting technique. In fact, there should be no detectable discharge which exceeds the sensitivity of the detector of partial discharge then the XLPE insulation cable systems could have satisfaction long term quality.
