摘要
随着我国改革开放的深入和正式加入世界贸易组织,国际交流活动愈来愈广泛。正确对待国际交流,提高涉外管理干部队伍的素质,提高国际交流工作的效益,对促进我国高校与国际接轨,提高学科建设水平,提高知名度具有非常重要的作用。
Along with the depth of opening to the world and entering into WTO, more and more international exchange activities are widely developed. It is very important for universities to improve the staff qualities and effectiveness in international exchange activities, so as to meet the international rules and increase construction level of disciplines.
