摘要
高职高专毕业生就业难正是近年不争的事实,导致这一现象出现的原因是多方面的,其中高职教育自身特色不明显,毕业生实践动手能力与社会期望值相差甚远是一个重要原因。而学生实践能力的欠缺关键在于目前高职教学模式存在缺陷,必须扬弃理论导向型教育观念,确立实践教学的主体地位,建立主题化仿真性专业实训基地和良好的社会实践教学环境;整合学生社团实践活动等等,强化学生实践动手能力的培养,提升和拓展学生就业竞争力。
In recent years, the accepted fact remains that it is difficult for the graduates of higher specialized education and higher vocational education to find a job. This phenomenon is caused by many reasons among which the most important one is that the graduates are unable to meet the expectations of the society in their practical work. The graduates'lack of the ability to handle the practical work lies in the fact that the present teaching model of higher vocational education is unreasonable. Belief in the theory-oriented education should be abandoned. We advocate such teaching model as establishing the key position of practice teaching, using the topic-based and imitation-oriented professional training base as a teaching classroom, setting up a better environment of practice teaching and conforming the practical activities, etc. so as to develop the students’ job hunting skills.
