摘要
采用 X射线衍射仪、图像分析仪和光学显微镜,分析 LSM法制备 TiB2/Al复合材料的相组成,考察了净化方式对TiB2/Al复合材料的影响。结果表明:熔剂法精炼对 TiB2/Al复合材料中 TiB2 颗粒的分布无明显影响,精炼后 TiB2 含量基本保持不变,而浮游法精炼则有显著影响,精炼后未检测到 TiB2 颗粒。普通铝合金的浮游法精炼工艺不适于复合材料的精炼。
The TiB2/Al composite was fabricated by LSM method, the phase analysis of the composite was carried out by means of XRD, image analysis and Optic Microscope. The effect of purification method on TiB2/Al composite was examined. The results show that flux refinement processes has no significant effect on the distribution of TiB2 in TiB2/Al composite, and the content of TiB2 particulates remains the same after refined. However, inert gas refinement processing has a significant effect, TiB2 particulates has been not examined. Inert gas refinement processes which are adapted for conventional aluminum alloys are not suitable for the composites.
