摘要 试验研究了不同温度和热处理时间对甜菜种子萌发速率和线粒体内CCO(细胞色素C氧化酶)和MDH(苹果酸脱氢酶)活性的影响及线粒体内可溶性蛋白的变化情况,旨在为为甜菜栽培提供科学依据。 To be aimed at the spring chill and low temperature after sowing seeds of sugar beet,this test studied that influence of the sprout seed and vitality of COO and MDH and changes of soluble protein in isolated mitochondria with variety temperature and heat time to sugar beet,and provide scientific basis for the sugar beet cultivation.
