摘要
基于顾客满意度的研究成果,将项目"顾客"引致为项目"利益相关者",引入利益相关者于顾客满意度模型,基于效用理论构建了项目利益相关者满意度模型。针对利益相关者的心理模糊因素,以基于效用理论的项目利益相关者模型为内核,提出了一种新的项目评价模糊技术方法。
Based on the review of CSD(Customer Satisfactory Degree) theories,customers of project are amplified on benefit relatives of project,which are introduced into the model of CSD.The model of Br-SD is formed based on effect theory.Focusing on the fuzzy mental factors of benefit relatives,a new project fuzzy evaluation technique is proposed with Br-SD as core.
