摘要
本试验选用草菇的六个不同菌株进行了菌株间的拮抗性测定 ,同时比较了菌丝生长速度、同工酶谱、CMC酶相对活性和抗霉性。已测结果表明 :六个不同菌株中 ,菌株V3 5与V1 1 2 亲缘关系最近 ,其次是V1 1 8,但都是不同的菌株 ;其次 ,菌株V3 5、V1 1 2 与V1 1 8菌丝生长速度和CMC酶相对活性也明显的高于其它菌株 ,其中V1 1 2 生长速度最快 ,长势最好 ,但V3
This experiment tested the antagonistic action among six different strains and compared the growth speed of hypha,isoenzyme pattern,CMCase relative activity as well as mithridatism.The experiment shows that among these six different strains,the V_(35) has the closest genetic relationship with V_(112) and closer genetic relationship with V_(118).Meanwhile,compared with the other stains,the strain V_(35)、V_(112) and V_(118) have obviously faster hypha growth speed and stronger relative activity of CMCase.Among them,V_(112)has the fastest growth speed and flourishs the most.The mithridatism test and relative activity of CMCase of V_(112) are better than the others.
