摘要
重整重芳烃中的均三甲苯除了用作燃料油组分外,还可以用于制备均苯三甲酸、均苯三甲胺和抗氧剂Lonox 330等高附加值产品。较为详细地介绍了以均三甲苯为原料合成均苯三甲酸的三种方法,即硝酸氧化法、高锰酸钾氧化法和气液相空气氧化法,对其中最具工业化价值的气液相空气氧化均三甲苯合成均苯三甲酸的工艺做了重点介绍,并对该工艺的技术难点和今后的发展进行了展望。
Besides fuel oil,mesitylene can be mainly used in production of 1,3,5-benzenecarboxylic acid (trimesic acid),1,3,5-triaminobenzene,antioxidant Lonox-330 and so on.Trimesic acid is a kind of chemical intermediate with wide applications and high additional value.So synthesis of this chemical is significant.Three methods of preparing trimesic acid from mesitylene, such as nitric acid oxidation, potassium hypermanganate oxidation and air oxidation in gas-liquid phase, are firstly reviewed.Then air oxidation in the liquid phase,as an up-to-date method,is described in detail.Also some views of the development to this method are suggested.
