摘要 目的 探讨小鼠DIC模型复制和在教学实验中的应用 ,分析学生试行实验效果 ,验证模型的可行性。方法 制备鼠脑悬液上清 ,配成不同比例 ,经尾静脉注射制作小鼠DIC模型 ,观察注射后 30min、6 0min、90min的凝血时间 ;观察不同存储条件、无菌生理盐水不同配比条件下的鼠脑悬液上清对模型的影响 ;观察不同群体的学生试行实验的效果 ,分析可行性。结果 使用 1∶3和 1∶4两个配比剂量的鼠脑悬液上清 ,其模型制作效果和DIC指标的变化具有较高的重复性和稳定性 ;冷冻保存的鼠脑悬液上清制作模型的效果更好 ;使用本模型试验能够在 2个学时内完成。结论 本模型能够反映DIC的发展进程 ,易于学生掌握 ,适合教学的要求 ,亦可用于相关的科研实验。 Objective To study the effect of DIC mouse model,and to observe the feasibility for teaching experiment.Methods The supernate of mouse brain homogenate was extracted,and the mouse model of DIC was duplicated by injection to tail vein,then the prothrombin time was measurated at 30,60 and 90 min after injection,and the mouse model was duplicated with different concentration ratio of supernate and with the supernate storage at different temperature,made use of this model for teaching experiment and made sure the feasibility.Results With 1∶3 and 1∶4 of supernate concentration ratio,DIC model was ideal.The duplicated model was affected by the supernate storaged at -20℃.And this mice model could be used for teaching experiment within 2 periods.Conclusion The course of DIC can show this mouse model.It has worthiness for teaching experiment and research.
