轴承钢GCr15的脱氧工艺优化与分析

摘要 分析了电炉精炼过程中氧、氮含量的变化及炉渣成分变化。减少铝线喂入量,降低炉渣碱度、控制渣中(Al2O3)含量,可有效减少D类夹杂物的生成。保证静搅时间,促进夹杂物的上浮,可有效地去除D类夹杂物。 The changes of oxygen content and nitrogen content as well as slag composition in refining process are analyzed in the paper.Reducing aluminum wire-feeding quantity,basic capacity of slag and controlling (Al 2O 3)≤20% can decrease inclusion of type D.Guaranteeing slight stirring time can improve inclusion floating and remove inclusion effectively.
