摘要 本文介绍了底部二层框架上部多塔楼底隔震数值模拟与试验研究成果。由 13个区底部二层框架、上部 2~4座 7层或 9层塔楼的计算对比及典型区振动台试验结果表明,在 9层塔楼与平台间采用隔震技术可以很好地改善下部平台的受力状况,与不隔震时相比底部二层框架的地震剪力可减小1 /3左右,上部塔楼通过隔震后水平向地震作用可降低Ⅰ度进行设计。 Data imitation and test research results of tower bottom isolation of buildings with lower two stories frame and upper multi-tower are introduced. There are 16 blocks of large platforms with two floors of frames built by a subway company. A housing company will build more floor areas on these platforms, but the lower frames cannot be retrofitted. At last, 13 blocks use mid-story isolation technique.There are 2 to 4 towers on each platform. The platform can withstand upper 6-story tower by traditional method. By isolation between upper 9-story towers and lower 2-story frame, most of the former 6-story towers are increased to 9-story, finally there are 100, 000 m^2 of floor areas to be increased. A shaking table test was carried out in Guangzhou University with a 1:30 model. 13 blocks were analyzed by SAP2000 program. By comparing SAP2000 results of 13 buildings and shaking table test of typical building, it shows that forcing condition of lower platform can be efficiently improved by 1/3 seismic force reduced compared to non-isolation building and the seismic shear force of isolated upper towers can be decreased to 0.35, that is by 1 degree of Chinese seismic intensity with a safety factor of 1/0.7.
