摘要
学习迁移是一种学习对其他学习或行为的影响。根据学习迁移产生的机制及其规律,着重阐述人的主观能动性在学习迁移中的重要性,主张通过创造性教学活动,以帮助学习者这一能动实体的内在调节机制的性能获得最佳优化组合,从而形成积极性迁移能力,有效提高学习效率,为实现个体全面的、可持续的发展创造有利条件。
Learning removal is the influence of a sort of learning to the others.Based on the mechanism of learning removal and its law,the article explains the importance of human subject ability in learning removal,and advocates that through creative teaching action help students to obtain optimum integrative function of internal regulating mechanism,form positive removal ability,and elevate effectively learning effect for realizing overall and sustaining development of the individuality to create favorable condition.
