固相萃取技术作为一种高效的样品制备技术 ,近年来得到越来越广泛的重视和应用。本文将对这一技术的原理。
Solid phase extraction(SPE) is becoming increasingly important as a sample pretreatment and preparation technique. This review gives some brief introduction to what SPE is ,SPE principles & separation modes,how it works,and how methods are developed. SPE applications on some environmental sample preparation are also discussed.
