摘要
报告５１例钙化性心瓣膜病，占同期心血管住院病人的８．４％（５１／６０５），主动脉瓣病变２１例（４１．Ｏ％），联合瓣膜病变１８例（３５．ｏ％），二尖瓣病变１２例（２４．０％）。彩色超声多普勒检查示３９例主动脉瓣病变中３０例（７６．９％）有主动脉瓣返流，１３例（３３．３％）有主动脉瓣狭窄；二尖瓣病变３０例中２５例（８３．３％）有二尖瓣返流。最多见的临床表现是心功能不全（４１％）．对本病的临床诊断进行了讨论，认为超声心动图检查为本病诊断的重要依赖手段。
iftv- one cases with calcific heart valvular disease were reported.The morbidity was 8·4%of the cardiac hospitalizations(5l/l60.Among 5l patients, 2l(41%)had aortic valve calcifica-tion and l8(35% aortic valve calcification with mitral valve leaflets,and mitral ring calcifica-tion,and the remaining l2(24% among 39 patients mitral valve leafltes and/or mitral ring calci-fiction。Colour Doppler study found that among 39 patients with aortic lesions,30(76%)hadaortic regurgitation and l3(33.3%)aortic stenosis,and among 30 patients with mitral lesions,25(83. 3%)had mitral regurgitation,The most clinical manifestations were cardiac function insuf-ficiency。The clinical diagnosis was discussed and the author believed that the echocardiograghywas the most important method for the diagnosis。
