Synthesis of 3,4-diaminophenylacetic acid

摘要 以对氨基苯乙酸为原料 ,经过氨基保护、硝化、脱保护、硝基还原 4步反应合成 3,4- 二氨基苯乙酸 ,并对其结构进行了表征。 3,4-Diaminophenylacetic acid was prepared from p -aminophenylacetic acid by four steps.The compound was characterized by IR spectrum,1HNMR and elemental analysis.
