摘要
制出一种新型的Al-P复合中间合金变质剂,并探讨了它对共晶铝硅合金的变质效果。实验结果表明:Al-P复合中间合金变质剂对共晶铝硅合金有显著的细化作用,改善了共晶铝硅合金的显微组织、变质持续时间长,显示出良好的应用前景。
A new type of modifier, Al-P Composite Alloy is manufactured,and its modification effect on Al-Si alloy is also researched in the paper.The experimental results show that Al-P Composite Alloy can modify the Eutectic Al-Si alloy greatly and improve the microstructure of Al-Si alloy.The time of its modification can hold long.So it displays good applicable foreground.
