摘要
目的探讨西医综合治疗基础上结合中医辨证治疗重型肝炎及其并发症的临床疗效。方法将102例重型肝炎患者随机分为对照组54例,治疗组48例,对照组予促肝细胞生长素、前列腺素E1、甘草酸制剂及对症支持治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上根据中医辨证分为四种证型予中药治疗。结果治疗组的临床疗效与对照组比较,病死率降低(P<005),血清总胆红素开始消退时间缩短(P<001),凝血酶原活动度上升至40%以上所需时间缩短(P<001),死亡患者起病后存活时间延长(P<005)。结论中西医结合治疗重型肝炎及其并发症疗效肯定,优于单纯西医综合治疗。
Objective The summary purpose studies the doctor to synthesize to cure the last combinative Chinese medicine dialectical of foundation to cure the clinical efficiency of the heavy type hepatitis and its complications.Methods Will 102 heavy type hepatitis of exampleses get is divided into the matched control with cure the set,matched control with the machine 54 example,treatment set 48 examples,matched control are to lyophilized bovine transfer factor for injection,alprostadil for injection,licorice of prostaglandin and support treatment to condition of illness,and cure the set on the matched control foundation according to the Chinese medicine dialectical to is divided into four kinds of syndromes the type to the Chinese herbal medicine to cure.Results The set's clinical efficiency and matched control of result treatment comparison,the death rate lower(P<0.05),the serum total bilirubin beginning fade aways time to shorten(P<0.01),and the original movable degree of prothrombin rises toes 40% the above need time to shorten(P<0.01),and the death is after getting rose the disease to survive the time extension(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of TCM and westen medicine heavy type hepatitis and its complications of treatment the clinical efficiency is affirmative,the better than pure doctor synthesize the treatment.
