摘要
结合武汉理工大学图书馆“学科馆员—图情教授”制度的建立与实践,对高校图书馆“学科馆员—图情教授”协同服务这一新的管理新理念产生的历史背景、发展过程和实施中的经验及需要进一步完善的问题进行了探讨。
Connecting with the establishment a nd practice of the system of'subject librarian -biblio -informa tion professor'in the library of Wuhan University of Technology,this paper probes into t he historical background and devel-oping process of the new managerial c onception of the coordinative service of university library' s'subject librarian -biblio -information professor',sums up the practicing experiences of this system,and puts forward some problems needing further perfection.
